Getting registered, properly

Name reservation, founding statement or articles, director and member appointments, tax and social security registration, done as one sequence rather than four disconnected errands. You end up with a company that can actually open a bank account and invoice a client.

Keeping it current

Most compliance failures are not dramatic. A director resigns and nobody files it; the registered address changes and mail stops arriving; annual duty lapses quietly for three years. We hold the calendar and file the changes as they happen, so the register matches reality.

Records that survive scrutiny

Banks, funders, auditors and tenderers all ask for the same pack: certificate of registration, founding documents, current member or director listing, good standing. We maintain that pack so you can produce it the same day it is requested.

Restoration and clean-up

If an entity has already lapsed or been deregistered, we work backwards: establish the status, quantify the outstanding filings and duties, and restore it to good standing.
